Ingrdients
- 80 grams all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/16 teaspoon soda powder
- 2 tablespoon oat bran
- 1 egg
- 60 grams brown sugar
- 60 grams apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
- 50 ml low fat milk
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon raisins
Instructions
1. Preheat oven with 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. Stir together flour, baking soda powder and oat bran.
3. In another bowl, stir together egg and brown sugar until smooth. stir in milk , oil and apple.
4. Stir in (2) into (3) until combined. Add in raisins.
5. Spoon batter into muffin cups evenly. Baked in preheat oven for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
This muffins come out not too dry and not too sweet. Enjoy!
