Strawberry Cupcake
Makes 5~6 (in 7 cm muffin cup)Ingredients
• 100 g plain flour• 1 teaspoon baking powder• 70 g unsalted butter, softened.• 60 g caster sugar• 1/2 teaspoon salt• 50 ml milk• 1 egg• 2 fresh strawberry, diced.Instructions1. Beat the softened butter until creamy, mix in sugar, salt and egg.2. Sift the flours. Add the flour gradually with milk until just combined.3. Mixed in diced strawberry into mixture.4. Preheat the oven to 180C.5. Divide the mixture evenly between the 5 or 6 cake cases.6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Enjoy!
